How it works
We spend ninety minutes together, online, mapping your business properly: how you'll become more visible, who you'll connect with, what you'll do first and what your timeline looks like. It's the same work I've done for professional services firms for nearly twenty years, shaped entirely around you, your idea and your life.
Afterwards you receive your written plan, in plain language, built to be followed rather than admired. And a few weeks later we meet again for thirty minutes to look at how the plan is landing in real life and adjust it together, because a plan that can't survive a busy week isn't a plan.
What the plan covers
- Your visibility: how the right people will come to know what you're building, at the pace you choose.
- Your network: who to connect with, reconnect with and learn from, and how to do it warmly.
- Your first steps: what to do first, what comes after, and what can safely wait.
- Your timeline: what building looks like around your hours, your circumstances and your salary.
What you walk away with
Something many women haven't felt in years: a settled answer. A written plan you can follow, a clear order of moves, and the review built in so it adapts to real life. Some leap, some stay and build, but nobody keeps circling.

Questions
Is this coaching?
It's a blend, and a deliberate one. There's real business development strategy: visibility, networks, positioning, the practical groundwork I've built for firms for twenty years. And there are honest conversations about confidence and fear, because the practical and the personal always travel together. What you won't get is generic advice.
What if I end up deciding this idea isn't the one?
Then the plan did its job. A clear-headed no, reached with evidence, is a real result, and it usually points to what the better yes looks like. Nothing here pushes you to leave your job or to keep going for the sake of it.
Do I need the review first?
No. Plenty of women come straight to the plan. If you have done the review, the $197 comes off the price, and I'll already know your situation when we sit down.
